Chi-Care Med is a mobile street medicine initiative working to meet people where they are and bring basic healthcare to Chicago’s unhoused population. We believe healthcare is a human right, and no one should be forced to choose between dignity and access. 

Or medical program delivers basic medical care, health screenings, wound care, hygiene supplies, and referrals directly to individuals living on the streets of Chicago. Our trained medical teams work in close partnership with outreach workers and community organizations to ensure our neighbors receive compassionate, low-barrier care. 

Our approach is trauma-informed, non-judgmental, and person-centered. We don’t just treat symptoms – we build trust, listen, and advocate.
